Course Overview

This is an intensive English language programme delivered at three levels to ensure you achieve the best results. The foundation level course includes listening, reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary components. At Level 1, you will develop further on the skills you have gained and will begin to understand and use everyday expressions and very basic phrases to engage in clear, simple and routine social interactions and to meet basic routine needs. You will also begin to read and write very simple texts. At Level 2 you will consolidate these skills and begin to increase in fluency and accuracy; and write simple comprehensible texts on familiar topics.

As a foundation level programme, the following entry criteria applies: Minimum age of 18 years New Zealand Permanent Resident or Citizen
