The purpose of this test is to give MSL teaching staff information about your level of English so that we can suggest the best class for you.

The test will take approximately 1 hour to complete.

It has four parts:

A self assessment that tells us what you think about your level of English.
A grammar and vocabulary test that measures your ability to recognise correct English use.
A writing sample that shows us how well you can produce written English.
A speaking sample that shows us how well you can produce spoken English.
